The Cappies of the National Capital Area (Cappies NCA) is a nonprofit program that celebrates high school theater and journalism by empowering student critics and recognizing outstanding student performances and productions. Through this unique educational initiative, students gain real-world experience as critics, writers, performers, tech crew, and leaders — all while building confidence, community, and creativity.
