Nominee Information

Good morning!

Directors, please pass this information along to your nominees.

Nominees must attend the mandatory procession rehearsal on Monday, June 2 at 4:15pm in order to participate in the procession. Nominees should be sure to bring their ticket (marked with an "N"), arrive fully dressed for the Gala, and check in at the Cappies desk in the Hall of Nations where they will receive a "Nominee" badge. From there, they will be directed into the Concert Hall where we will begin rehearsal.

Nominees that are performing as part of a nominated play or musical will finish the Gala run-thru shortly before the procession rehearsal begins and should report to the Hall of Nations to get their ticket scanned.

Nominees that do not attend the rehearsal will not have a Nominee badge and will not be allowed to participate in the procession at the beginning of the Gala. Instead, they will report directly to their seat in the nominee section.

The procession rehearsal will end around 5:30pm, after which Nominees will be released to meet with their schools before reporting backstage at 6:45pm.
